QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer — the 3 simple steps anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide.

Just as people trained in CPR help save thousands of lives each year, people trained in QPR- Gatekeeper Training learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help.

Each year thousands of Americans, like you, are saying “Yes” to saving the life of a friend, colleague, sibling, or neighbor. QPR can be learned in our Gatekeeper course in as little as one hour.

A QPR Gatekeeper can be anyone – parents, friends, neighbors, teachers, first responders, doctors, clergy and many others who are positioned to recognize and refer someone at risk of suicide.

Participants will learn to recognize warning signs of suicide; how to offer hope; how to get help and most importantly – how to save to a life.

The QPR mission is to reduce suicidal behaviors and save lives by providing innovative, practical, and proven suicide prevention training. The signs of crisis are all around us. Quality education empowers all people, regardless of their background, to make a positive difference in the life of someone they know.

Anywhere. QPR Gatekeeper training is designed to take place in as little as one hour. The training can take place during your organization’s lunch break, a staff meeting, after hours, monthly meetings or at a social club. We are open to your suggestions – let’s discuss!

There is no cost to attend this workshop.
