Student Award Nominations
Contact Community Services would like to recognize the work and efforts of a youth or a youth group attending a high school in Onondaga County pertaining to mental health education, awareness or other accomplishment related to mental health.
Two Youth Mental Health Leader awards will be presented at the CNY Youth Mental Health Summit on Oct 25th, 2024, at the DoubleTree Hotel in East Syracuse. The awards will be handed out at the event and consist of a trophy, a certificate and a cash award of $100. The awards are generously supported by Robineau Media.
We invite you to nominate a deserving youth who has demonstrated outstanding efforts in one or more of the following areas:
- Advocacy and awareness
- Peer support and mentorship
- Initiatives or projects promoting mental wellness
- Overcoming personal challenges related to mental health
The deadline to submit your nomination is September 25, 2024
Winners will be notified in early October.
