Katie Lemery-White
We are pleased to announce that Katie Lemery-White has been appointed as the Assistant Director of Crisis Services. Katie first joined Contact Community Services in June 2013 and has served as the 211 Manager since January 2018. She has been pivotal in the launch and expansion of 211 CNY, extending services to two additional regions in New York State. Katie has been a key member of the Crisis Services management team, and we look forward to her continued leadership and dedication in her new role.
Stephanie Grandjean
Stephanie Grandjean has been promoted to Division Director of Crisis Services at Contact Community Services. Joining Contact in September 2013, Stephanie has played a significant role in supporting the operational and financial aspects of several key programs including 988, 211, Crisis Connect, and 911 co-location. Stephanie is a certified instructor in mental health and suicide prevention programs, including as ASIST, safeTALK, and QPR. A Syracuse University alumna, Stephanie is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Public Health at Eastern Washington University. She also serves as vice president of the board of directors for Cazenovia Children’s House.
