Student Support Primary Project Program Primary Project is a school-based prevention and early intervention program for K-3rd grade students identified with school adjustment problems. Success Through Early Prevention (STEP) STEP is an alternative education program for elementary school students in the Syracuse City School District. It delivers academic and behavioral support to students who are persistently disobedient and at-risk of being suspended from their school. Way To Graduate Way To Graduate is a youth development program providing academic support, case management and afterschool activities to eighth-grade students. Our WTG staff works intensively with students at risk of dropping out to keep them on track in school and prepare them for the transition into high school. Student Assistance Program The Student Assistance Program maintains offices in local high schools to provide mental health services to students.
