We also believe that the personal and professional growth of school staff is vital to an effective learning environment. Our Work Within workshop helps educators and agency staffs reflect on how their own beliefs and experiences influence their work and interactions with students and co-workers. Workshops on staff burnout and classroom management strategies are also available.
